• If you are displeased with your service or would like to make a change, we are more than happy to make any tweaks or adjustments to your color or cut in a timely manner- within 1 week.

  • Please note that adjustments include: dry cutting, re-toning, root smudging/blending or any other corrective work.

  • Changing your original hair goals as discussed in the consultation is not considered an adjustment or redo.

We can’t wait to meet all of our new clients! When booking your appointment, in order to secure your spot and ensure you are serious about your appointment and our time, we require a credit card on file.


New clients

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of reserved appointments. No-shows & same day cancellations will be charged 100% of service amount.


No Shows & Cancellations

If you are running more than 15 minutes late, you may need to reschedule or change your appointment. We understand life happens and sometimes running late is inevitable, but please let us know. We work on a back to back schedule and running late has a trickle effect for our entire day. We do our best to communicate if we are running behind and we appreciate the same.
